Prices and sizes
How much does a dumpster cost?
The 15 yard starts at $350, the 20 yard at $400 and the 30 yard at $550. Local sales tax is added, and deliveries farther out cost more.
What gets added to the price?
Local sales tax, which depends on where the dumpster is delivered. Deliveries farther out also cost more than the starting price.
How big are the dumpsters?
The 15 yard is 14 ft long, 7 ft wide and 4 ft tall. The 20 yard is 14 ft long, 7 ft wide and 6 ft tall. The 30 yard is 22 ft long, 8 ft wide and 6 ft tall.
Which size do I need?
The 15 yard is good for garage cleanouts, a one-room remodel or yard debris. The 20 yard is good for roof tear-offs, kitchen remodels and whole-house cleanouts. The 30 yard is good for home demolition, new construction and long renovation jobs. Not sure? Call 985-686-1607.
Rental time and weight
How long do I get the dumpster?
The 15 and 20 yard come with 7 days. The 30 yard comes with 21 days.
Can I keep it longer?
Yes. Call 985-686-1607 and let us know how much longer you need it. There is an added charge for the extra time.
How much weight is included?
The 15 and 20 yard include 2 tons. The 30 yard includes 4 tons.
What happens if I go over the weight?
Anything over the included weight is billed at the going rate at the time.
What goes in
What can I put in the dumpster?
Construction and remodeling debris, shingles and roofing, concrete, dirt, brush and yard waste, and household junk.
What has to stay out?
Tires, paint, oil and chemicals, batteries, and appliances with refrigerant.
What if I am not sure about an item?

Where do you deliver?
Houma, Thibodaux, Raceland, Lockport, Mathews, Cut Off, Galliano, Gheens, Boutte, Grand Isle and Morgan City. Don’t see your town? Call 985-686-1607 and ask.
How do I book?
Choose Book Now and pick your size, or call 985-686-1607.
What happens after I book?
Your order and payment are handled through our online booking system.
Where does my load go?
To one of three sites: the Ashland Transfer Station in Houma, River Birch’s Highway 90 landfill, or the Killona landfill.
When are you open?
9 AM to 5 PM, every day.
Where are you based?
Gheens, Louisiana. Trash King LLC is locally owned.

Do you do more than dumpsters?
